The apartment is equipped with a central air conditioning system, providing automatic and quiet ventilation in all rooms. This ensures a consistent temperature and excellent air quality.
Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating and spacious, modern shower facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room.
A private parking space is included, and there is an elevator connecting all floors. The elevator is conveniently located just 10 meters from the entrance.
In the living room there is a large TV with many international TV channels. You also have access to fast internet. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs are equipped with Chromecast.
All bed linen and towels are professionally laundered. Should you require a change of linen or other laundry services during your stay, these can be arranged through us.
In addition to indoor towels, large beach towels are also provided for use by the pools and at the beach.
We ensure the apartment is 100% clean and meticulously cleaned between each rental. This service is carried out by professionals, and all tenants are required to pay for the final cleaning.

The second bathroom is accessible via the living room and includes a shower cubicle. There is no washing machine, tumble dryer, or water heater in the bathrooms, as these are located in the separate utility room.

South-west facing balcony with excellent sun exposure and year-round sunsets. Features a large dining table and comfortable sun loungers.
The sunlight conditions are very unique in this apartment. This is due to the location, direction and floor.
The sun rises around 11:00 and stays there all day until sunset. Only a few apartments have such sunny conditions in Flamenca Village .
Because the sun is high in the sky in the summer, you get comfortable shade in the middle of the day. The rest of the year it heats up all day from 11:00.
You are located in the heart of the resort and have a view of the main area. All in all, this is quite perfectly located in the resort.
It is sheltered from neighbors and is very cozy with lighting and plants.
