You will be staying in the heart of la zenia, within walking distance of most amenities. It's 400 meters to the beach and 500 meters to La Zenia Boulevard (one of Costa Blanca's largest and finest shopping centers).
You are surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, and activities like mini-golf and go-karting. It's a short distance from relaxation to maximum excitement here.
If you stay in flamenca village, you won't need a car. However, if you choose to rent a car, there is an allocated parking space within the complex. Having a car also gives you the opportunity to visit many beautiful beaches, golf courses, and other activities.
Perfect all year round
The apartment faces south-west on the 3rd floor (out of 4), which means plenty of sunshine and beautiful sunsets every evening. The large balcony and heated swimming pool make this apartment perfect for autumn and winter stays too. In la zenia, most places are open all year round, which can be an issue in smaller towns.
There are usually daily flights from Bergen and Oslo, and the apartment is only 40 minutes from Alicante (Elche) and Murcia (Corvera) airports.
