Booking

• 1. What is the booking procedure?

  Check if your desired rental period is available in the booking calendar. Fill out the form on the same page and send it to us. You can also call or send an email. All inquiries go through our Property Manager.

• 2. What is the final price of the stay?
  You pay 50% of the rental fee for arrival and departure dates. The price for these days is shown in the price list. If you arrive on a Saturday and depart on the following Saturday (1 week), it will be a total of 7 days. Additionally, there is a €100 fee for final cleaning/laundry.
• 3. Can the sleeping capacity be extended to 5 guests?
  No, unfortunately. The apartment has 4 beds in 2 bedrooms. Currently, there is no possibility for an extra bed.

Check-in and Check-out

• 1. We are arriving with a rental car. How do we get to the parking lot?
  You will be met by a representative from Spain1 Holiday Rentals. They will provide the gate opener for the parking area and keys/key cards for the apartment and the complex.
• 2. How do we get the keys for the apartment and the area upon arrival?
  Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative from Spain1 Holiday Rentals. They will hand over all keys and key cards, and provide a brief introduction to the apartment and the complex.
• 3. Do we have to clean the apartment when we leave?
  All tenants are required to book a final cleaning upon departure. All bed linen and towels will then be sent for cleaning, and the apartment will be tidied and cleaned.
• 4. Are there any drinks in the apartment upon arrival?
  Generally, there is no food or drink in the apartment upon arrival. You have the option to order a welcome package with some water, drinks, wine, and food. This is convenient if you arrive late in the evening or at night. Otherwise, there is a large grocery store located nearby.

Transport

• 1. Is it difficult to find your way from the airport?
  The answer is no, but it is certainly easiest to use GPS. You can click on this link to open directions to flamenca village in Google Maps.
• 2. Where can we park the car?
  A private parking space within the fenced area is included. The elevator is just 40 meters away and goes directly up to the apartment.

Apartment and Facilities

• 1. Are there beach towels for the outdoor area and beach?
  Yes. One beach towel will be available per guest. These are professionally cleaned. If you need new or additional beach towels, this can be arranged with the Property Manager.

Flamenca Village

• 1. Is it possible to sunbathe all year round?

  Yes. As one of very few apartments within flamenca village, this one gets sun all year round and for most of the day. The sun appears around 11:00 AM and stays until sunset.

  Therefore, this is definitely the apartment you want to be in during seasons with less sun and lower temperatures.

• 2. Is the area safe?
  Absolutely. The entire flamenca village is fenced and staffed 24/7. During your stay, you can contact us at any time for assistance and help.
• 3. Can one swim all year round?
  The main pool is heated all year round. Additionally, there is one Jacuzzi that is also kept warm throughout the year. These are located right next to the apartment.
• 4. Where do you dispose of the trash?

  Waste containers are located outside the complex. Exit the main gate and turn left. The waste is emptied several times daily.

• 5. Can we use all pools and jacuzzis?
  Yes. All swimming facilities are available to everyone staying in flamenca village. You will need to use your key card to enter the largest pools, which are fenced.
• 6. How do we turn on the sauna?
  Contact the administration located at the entrance. An employee will then turn on the sauna.
